There is no text here because there cannot be. These books carry no open licence, so reproducing their wording is not something more work would fix — not for Cantrip, and not for anyone else publishing a free spell list. The alternative was to leave the spells out entirely and let you wonder whether Cantrip had simply missed them. Naming them is the more useful answer.
Everything Cantrip does print is on the shelf, under a licence that permits it.
